The Terms of Use Policy terms also applies to the Personal Policy. 

All content and information provided by The Insurance Quotient on its Web site, including but not limited to text, data, images, graphics and charts, is owned by or licensed to Swann LLC. and/or its licensed content providers. This content and information is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights reserved. No part of The Insurance Quotient’s Web site content or information may be reproduced, uploaded, transmitted, distributed, sold, published, or used for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of The Insurance Quotient. Use of the information is for private, noncommercial use only.  The Insurance Quotient is owned and is sole property of Swann LLC.  The Insurance Quotient will never sell or distribute your personal information for anything other than uploading your information to the Sircon website for the students continuing education credits.  The Student is defined as the individual registering for a course.  The Insurance Quotient will only use your personal information entered into the site for the purpose of registering the student for the course, completing their continuing education credit hours with Sircon or the students state department of insurance, and for the completion of the course certificate of course completion.  The Insurance Quotient will never sell your personal information to any third party site or third party.  The Insurance Quotient will only store your information on the Thinkfinic website.  The credit card and or payment information will never be captured by The Insurance Quotient or Thinkific.  Payment will be processed by either Stripe or PayPal and will not be stored by Thinkific or The Insurance Quotient.  The Payment information will be used to purchase the course intended to be completed by the Student.
