If you are not completely satisfied with your order, email The Insurance Quotient @ [email protected] for exchange and refund information. The Insurance Quotient only refund a course purchase if there is a problem with the registered student completing the course and receiving continuing education credits for their license with their state department of insurance. Once a course is purchased there will not be any refunds unless continuing education credits are denied by the registered students state department of insurance. The Insurance Quotient may terminate your access to any courses that are not completed before their expiration date, as well as terminate access to previously completed course content or other resources after their expiration date.
